MAR technology
The operation of the system is based on a very simple principle: two large wheels containing pendulums inside which rotate around a central axis. Moving the pendulum shifts the center of gravity of the wheel which consequently moves to recover the new balance. The wheels are watertight and allow the entire assembly to float.
The pendulum containing batteries and motors is made inside the wheels.
The propulsion is electric and all potential contaminants are confined within the wheels.
Over time, the central body of the MAR has been reduced and provided with a ridge where sensors and actuation tools can be positioned which allow its use in certain fields of application.
A further evolution of the MAR is represented by the design and production of a modular mat with tread functions. The tread surface is created through the ring interlocking of the knobby mats which on the one hand significantly improve the grip on the ground of the large MAR wheels and on the other optimize the branding and therefore the identification of the product.

The evolution of the MAR today finds completion in the design of its amphibious version. The two large wheels, which provide the buoyancy, if equipped with plastic blades or pseudofins allow propulsion and therefore movement in the water.
We are now ready for new experiments in the terrestrial and amphibious fields.
